Any price mentioned on this website, including the Pricing Plans section, is a starting reference point, not a final binding price. A firm quote is only given in writing after we've visited your site and understood the actual scope of work.
Before construction starts, we confirm the scope of work, materials, cost, and estimated timeline with you directly. Work does not begin until this is agreed, verbally or in writing.
Payment schedules (advance, milestone payments, final payment) are agreed on a per-project basis and confirmed before work starts. Specific terms will be laid out in your project agreement.
If you want to change the scope of a project after work has started, this may affect the cost and timeline — we'll always discuss this with you before proceeding. Cancellation terms depend on how much work has already been completed and will be discussed case by case.
You agree to provide reasonable access to the site for our team to carry out the work, and to inform us of any known hazards on the property.
These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes will first be handled through direct discussion between you and Skilled Durbar Renovation.
